Dear Students
We are pleased to invite you to the Dean’s Merit Award Ceremony.
The ceremony will be on Friday, December 9, 2022, at UMT SHS Campus in Anatomy Lab at 10:30 am.
We would like you to attend this ceremony as an appreciation for your hard work and commitment to accomplishing this milestone.
It is a time when we can all celebrate and congratulate you for the efforts you have put in to achieve this award.
Please find below the program details of this ceremony:
Time: Program
11:00 AM: Recitation of the Holy Quran
11:10 AM: Welcome Speech by the SHS Director & COD,s
11:30 AM: Distribution of Awards
12:00 PM: Group Photographs
Important Ceremony Instructions for Students:
· Please arrive at Anatomy Lab by 10:30 am sharp.
· Staff will guide you on how to line up during the award distribution. You will return to your seat after getting the award.
· Photographs will be taken in a group-wise order at the designated area.
· Students coming late will not be allowed to enter the Hall so please be on time.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. The students who have received Sashes during previous ceremonies are advised to wear their SASH and Badge(s)
(This is a mandatory requirement, failing which the student will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony).
The students will collect their new badge(s) before the start of the ceremony.
2. The students who are getting the Awards for the first time shall collect their SASH + Badge(s) before the start of the ceremony.
